Keeping your account secure is very important. Understanding how to set and reset your account passwords is important. This guide will show you how.
If you have forgotten your password, or you never received one (because you placed your order over the phone). You must reset Media Giant Design customer portal password by following this procedure:
- Please visit: Customer Login
3. Enter the email address associated with your account and click Submit.
4. Our system will send you an email with a password reset link in it. Once you receive the link, click the link in the email and follow the onscreen prompts to set your new password.
This link is only good for 1 time use, and expires after 1 hour.
5. Once you have reset your password, simply login to your customer account as you normally would.
